The How of our Work ~

Each woman’s work of birthing her magic is magnificently unique.  Our collaboration is always a work-in progress of returning within, exploring the true, and empowering the new.

Here’s what it looks like ~

Before our session, we connect to get a sense of what you’re aching to birth, where you are within the creative birthing process, and what challenges face you.  We set the tone for entering timeless time together.  You’ll begin setting intentions, reflecting, and preparing.

We begin our session by grounding in the potent center of our feminine being. There we become still enough to listen, retrieve visions we’ve abandoned, and excavate your authentic voice.

We remain deeply, intensely embodied, utilizing vocalization and movement to discover, feel, and integrate.

We explore subconscious territories through rituals, new and old.

We may hoot, howl, moan, weep, undulate, sweat, and get WILD together to bring it all IN and THROUGH this temple, the female body.

We discover, name, honor, and call forth your magnificent and completely unique gifts.

We explore what you are committed to (for real) and how to re-orient, so that your commitments reflect your desire to give birth to your vision.

We create a safe space within which we befriend fear, self-doubt, and self-sabotaging behaviors. With regular conscious engagement, they no longer unconsciously run the show!

We continue our process beyond the session with individualized integration assignments.  Tailored for your specific challenges and gifts to help you claim your insight, continue our work, embody your discoveries, and take practical steps toward the birth of your magnificence!

This process is intimate, consuming, and outrageously beautiful.
